1. ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਪੁਲਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਤ ਮਾਰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਘੁੰਮਦੇ ਠੋਸ ਜਾਂ ਗੈਸੀ ਗੋਲੇ ਹਨ।

2. ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਉਤੇ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਪੈਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਚਮਕਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।
